摘    要:通过对大气压介质阻挡放电处理前后聚丙烯粉体的分子量、差热曲线和红外光谱等的测量分析,研究了空气等离子体对聚丙烯粉体的降解作用。结果表明:空气等离子体处理后聚丙烯粉体的平均分子量减小,出现"双峰"现象;处理后试样的熔点降低;红外透射光谱发生了变化;介质阻挡放电空气等离子体能对有机聚合物产生降解作用。

Abstract:By means of measuring and analyzing the molecular weight,differential thermal analysis curve and infrared spectroscopy of polypropylene powders before and after dielectric barrier discharge treatment at atmospheric pressure in air,the degradation of polypropylene powder in air plasma was studied.The results show that the mean molecular weight decreases and double peak phenomenon appears after air plasma treatment.The melting point of polypropylene powders treated decreases.And some changes in infrared spectrum between untreated powders and treated ones appear to have taken place.It indicates that dielectric barrier discharge air plasma has degradation effect on polymers.
