| 摘 要： | 高校学术期刊是学术交流的重要媒介。面对期刊质量有所下降的状况,必须对高校学术期刊进行改革,完善管理体制,提高工作效率;提高编辑水平,提高办刊质量;增强经营理念,树立竞争意识;拓展网络可及性,增强期刊影响力,不断提高高校学术期刊质量与核心竞争力。

| Abstract: | Academic journals of colleges and universities are the important academic exchange media.Facing with the reality of quality declining,it is necessary to reform the academic journals of colleges and universities,perfect the management system,enhance the editorial qualities,improve the quality of journals,strengthen the management idea,establish sense of competition,expand the accessibility of network to increase the influence of the journals and continuously improve the quality of academic journal and its core competitive power. |
