摘    要:在分析基于Web水库洪水预报调度系统结构体系的基础上,提出系统开发策略、关键技术、实现的途径和方法.利用现代洪水预报调度技术和分布式网络编程技术,成功开发了基于Web的水库洪水预报调度系统.该系统技术先进、实用可靠、界面友好,提供了分布式计算平台,实现了在Internet环境下进行水库洪水预报调度.

Abstract:The Web-based reservoir flood control system's developmental strategy, key technologies and approach methods for realizing system are proposed based on analyzing system's structure. By using the modern flood forecasting and dispatching technology and the distributed network programming technology, the Web-based reservoir flood control system was successfully designed and developed. The system is advanced, suitability, reliability, and friend-user interface software that makes reservoir operation in the Internet possible.
