摘    要:采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱分析(EDS)等测试手段研究了不同含量的Al4C3对AM60A镁合金组织和性能的影响.结果表明,Al4C3的加入可以显著细化AM60A镁合金的晶粒;当其含量为0.5%时,晶粒最为细小,合金的强韧性与耐腐蚀性能得到最大改善.通过能谱分析及面错配度的计算证实:Al4C3可作为初生α-Mg的良好异质核心,但当Al4C3的加入量超过一定范围(大于0.5%~0.7%)时,大量的Al4C3生团聚和沉淀,造成晶粒细化效果下降.

Abstract:The microstructures and properties of AM60A magnesium alloy with different content of Al4C3 were studied using the optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS).It was found that the addition of Al4C3 can promote the refinement of AM60A magnesium alloy.A best refining result can be gained when 0.5 wt% Al4C3 was added,and the best mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the alloy can be reached.Based on the calculation of the planar disregistry between Al4C3 and α-Mg,Al4C3 particles can act as the heterogeneous nucleus of primary α-Mg phase.But when the addition amount of Al4C3 is over the range of 0.5% to 0.7%,the agglomeration and precipitation of Al4C3 can decrease the grain refinement effect.
