曲霉B3强化SBR系统消除金霉素冲击负荷的方法

摘    要:本研究以分离出的金霉素高效降解菌--曲霉B3强化SBR处理系统,考察其消除因金霉素生产废水事故排放对系统造成冲击负荷的能力。通过单独投加曲霉B3、活性炭以及同时投加三种方式比较,确定投加方式和投加量。研究发现,在同时投加粉末活性炭和曲霉B3菌液的SBR系统中,COD_(Cr)去除率和污泥浓度均保持稳定,曲霉B3的最佳投加量为2%(V/V)。

Abstract:Monascus B_3,separated from activatied sludge to degrade the aureomycin effectively,was dosed to enhance the treatment effect of SBR sytem,which had been impacted by the shock loading caused by Aureomycin wastewater.Compared with dosing by itself and with powder activated carbon,suitable dosing method and dosage of Monascus B_3 were determined.The results showed that dosage of powder activated carbon on 100 mg/L and the Monascus B_3 on 2%,the shock load could be efficiently eliminated,and the system effect was stabilized.
