Abstract:Spare parts such as balance drums of the licensed power plant pumps are made of the material equivalent to domestic steel 1Cr17Ni2. However, the steel 1Cr17Ni2 made in our country has relatively low nickel content, which generally produces a large proportion of ferrite in its structure therefore may affect its mechanical property. This pape shows us how the anthor managed to make the material meet the design requirement through adjusting the heat treatment procedure. Tables 7 and refs 2.
