EV-DO信道估计选径策略探讨

Discussion on The Strategies of EV-DO Channel Estimation Path Selection

EV-DO, proposed by Qualcomm on the basis of cdma2000, is a new telecom standard aiming at improving the performance of packet data. Firstly, data services and traditional voice services are compared in this paper, and then some EV-DO technical features including AMC, fast ARQ, rate control and slot pilot mode which are typically different from cdma2000 are introduced. On this platform, the significance and strategy of path selection in channel estimation are also concerned. Finally, the performance of different methods of path selection is analyzed. In addition, the discussion of multi-path selection strategy is based on the wireless system platform containing pilot channel, which is of noticeable universality.
