| 摘 要： | 轧机机架是轧钢厂轧钢机组的主体关键部件。介绍了给落地镗床制作长悬臂立铣头、托座等附件以及使用普通落地镗床T6220修复加工轧机机架的工艺方法。改进后的落地镗床具有加工较大范围的镗铣功能，解决了湘钢机制公司不能加工和修复轧机机架的难题。

| Abstract: | The mill housing is the key part of mill machine in the rolling mill. The technological ways which long suspension arm end mill head, pedestal, and so on annex were mounted to the floor type boring lathe and mill housing was restored by plain floor type boring lathe T6220 was introduced. The way expands machining range of floor type boring lathe. The hard nut to crack that can't process and restore mill housing with the old machine in our company was resolved. |
