稀释作用对聚硅酸铁混凝剂混凝性能的影响

摘    要:混凝剂在使用时往往要进行稀释处理。考察了稀释作用对聚硅酸铁混凝剂混凝性能及该混凝剂中铁与氧化硅形态分布的影响。实验结果表明,稀释倍数为2倍以上时,聚硅酸铁混凝剂中铁及氧化硅形态中高分子聚合态含量较高,此时聚硅酸铁混凝剂具有较好的混凝性能;但稀释倍数大于4倍且混凝剂投加量为5mg/L时,聚硅酸铁混凝剂的混凝性能反而会下降,因此实际应用时要选择恰当的稀释倍数以获得较好的混凝效果。

Abstract:Coagulants are usually diluted when used. The effects of dilution on the coagulation performance of polysilicate iron coagulant and the species distribution of iron and silica in the said coagulant are evaluated. Experimental results showed that when the dilution ratio is two times or above, the contents of iron and silica in forms of polymers in the polysilicate iron coagulant were higher and the polysilicate iron coagulant had better coagulation performance; while the coagulation performance of polysilicate iron coagulant declined when the dilution ratio is bigger than four times and the dosage of the coagulant is 5 mg/L. It is, therefore, necessary to select proper dilution ratios in practical applications in order to achieve good coagulation results.
