Bi0.5Sb1.5Te3/聚苯胺复合材料的制备及电学性能

摘    要:用机械共混法制备了Bi0.5Sb1.5Te3/聚苯胺复合材料,测量了材料的是学性能参数,与Bi0.5Sb1.5Tes相比,复合材料的Seekeck系数略不下降,在290-300K温区内,复合材料的电导率随材料中聚苯胺含量的增加呈线性下降趋势,在室温下,聚苯加入量(质量分数)为2%的复合材料,其功率因子比Bi0.5Sb1.5Te3的低约30%。

Abstract:Bi0.5 Sb1 .5 Te3 / polyaniline composites were prepared by mechanical blending and the transport properties were measured and investigated. It was found that the Seebeck coefficient of composites was little smaller than that of Bi0.5Sbl.5Te3, while the electrical conductivity decreased linearly with the polyaniline content in temperature range from 290-300K comparing with Bi0.5Sb1.5Te3. The power factor of composites with 2% (mass fraction) polyaniline decreased about 30% comparing with Bi0.5Sb1.5Te3 at room temperature.
