摘    要:探讨了苯乙烯和丙烯酸丁酯分别作为硬单体和软单体,用半连续乳液聚合工艺制备纳米苯丙乳液的条件;研究了乳化剂类型、配比、用量和乳液固体含量对乳液聚合及乳液涂膜性能的影响,特别是在不同条件下对制得的乳液粒径、黏度、凝聚率、贮存稳定性、钙离子稳定性、涂膜外观、吸水率、光泽度等的影响。结果表明,当乳化剂为SLS/OP复合乳化体系、其物质的量的比为2∶1、乳化剂用量为4%、乳液固体含量为40%时,可以得到纳米尺度的苯丙乳液,聚合反应稳定性和乳液性能良好。

Abstract:Nano emulsion is prepared by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization process with styrene and butyl acrylate as hard monomer and soft monomer respectively. The influence of the type, formulation and amount of the emulsifier and the solid content of the emulsion to the emulsion polymerization process and the performances of the obtained emulsion film is studied. The results show nano-scale emulsion, stable polymerization and good performances if the SLS is mixed with OP at mole ratio of 2 to 1; the amount of compound emulsifier is 4% and the solid content of emulsion is 40% .
