| 摘 要： | 针对钢铁企业烧结工艺原料供应不稳定、用料复杂、成分多变、资源消耗大、生产成本高等问题,提出了一种基于成本最优的烧结资源配比模型,该模型运用线性规划算法,以成本最优为目标进行烧结配料,可准确计算出在现有资源条件下,既满足产品成分工艺要求,又兼顾降低成本、合理使用原料等目标的优化配比。应用表明,该模型优化后的烧结配比在提高烧结矿碱度的同时,每吨烧结矿降低原料成本25.54元,原材料单耗节约5.59kg,含铁原料节约23.45kg。
