济钢管线钢高效深脱硫工艺分析

摘    要:通过铁水预处理,转炉顶底复合吹炼后挡渣出钢,并加入炉渣改质剂、脱氧剂,RH真空处理并净化钢液,LF处理、高效深脱硫渣系60%CaO-30%Al2O3-8%SiO2造渣脱硫和钙处理,可将S]控制在5×10-6以下,只需喂入Ca线0.3kg/t,管线钢的裂纹率由15%降到3%左右。

Abstract:Through hot metal pretreatment,steel tapping by slag skimming after top-bottom combined blowing in the converter,adding slag modifier and deoxidizer,purifying the liquid steel by RH vacuum treatment,LF treatment,desulphurizing with high-efficient 60%CaO-30%Al2O3-8%SiO2 slag and calcium treatment,the sulphur content in the steel was controlled to 5×10-6 blow.The Ca wire of feeding was only 0.3 kg/t.Then the crack rate of the pipeline steel was reduced from 15% to 3% about.
