| 摘 要： | 熔点是测量药物质量的重要指标之一，利用正交设计法设计了一些实验参数，较系统地研究了不同升温速率、试样用量、炉体气氛对药物熔点的影响．以卡马西平药物为例，提出了药物熔点测定的最佳实验参数，并计算出实验分析的稳定性指标．为其它药物进行DSC熔点测定提供理论和实践上的借鉴。
