摘    要:针对汽车车身焊装过程中普遍存在一把焊钳采用一个工艺参数焊接不同车型、不同层数和板厚的焊点,从而造成较多焊接缺陷的问题,利用单片机作为核心开发了点焊监控系统,该系统能够实现点焊过程数据采集、网络信息传输和基于焊点数的工艺参数调整等功能.为了防止焊接工艺参数使用混乱,在分析了焊接过程参数的基础上,建立了工艺使用的评判算法,...
