| 摘 要： | 借助三维建模软件和有限元分析软件,通过数值模拟手段,全面细致地模拟了大型双湿式搅拌机螺旋轴焊接过程中产生的应力、应变、温度场分布及其变化规律,得到了螺旋轴轴端和犁刀部位的温度场、应力场和应变场的分布及其具体数值,根据分析结果绘制了螺旋轴焊接过程中各性能参数随时间变化的曲线.结果表明,残余应力明显小于材料的许用应力,焊接...
