摘    要:针对铝合金脉冲M IG焊接过程中的弧长稳定性问题,建立了弧长控制系统模型,设计了基于比例切换函数的滑模控制器,并采用基于xPC的实时目标环境,建立了铝合金脉冲M IG焊接快速原型的控制平台.利用MATLAB/SIMULINK进行了弧长控制仿真分析,在建立的快速原型控制平台基础上,进行了铝合金脉冲M IG焊接弧长控制试验...
