摘    要:对含钛高的钽铌矿的萃取残液回收钛的工艺进行了研究。结果表明:以含钛萃取残液为原料,经气态HF调酸、KCl转化、冷却结晶、离心过滤、洗涤过滤、烘干后可制得工业用K2TiF6产品。该工艺简单,既减少了环境污染,又有较好的经济效益。

Abstract:Study is made of the process for recovery of Ti from Ta/Nb ore extraction raffinate.The results show that commercial can be produced K2TiF6 from Ti-containing extraction raffinate by HF(in gas state) acid control,KCl conversion,cooling and crystallization,centrifugal filtering and drying.The process is simple with less environmental pollution and better economic benefit.
