中央空调冷冻水系统优化控制研究

摘    要:在实际的空调运行中,由于诸多因素的变化,空调系统的大部分时间在非设计工况下运行,一般都是在部分负荷下工作,达不到最大负荷,存在较大的能源浪费.本文提出了一种迭代控制对二次泵频率进行控制,根据用户负荷需求进行压差设定值的优化设置,使系统中的冷冻水阀门的最大阀位接近全开的状态,为系统提供所需要的最小供水压差,实现水泵节能.

Abstract:In the actual operation of the air conditioning system, because of many factors change, most of the time the air conditioning system can not in the design condition, they generally worked under part load, can not reach the maximum load. So there is a big waste of energy. This paper puts forward a kind of iterative control to secondary pump frequency control. Setting differential pressure values according to the load of user' s demand, make the valve of the chilled water system close to the fully opening, provide the required minimum differential pressure of the water supply for the system, and saving energy of the pump.
