永磁三相同步电动机装配工艺

摘    要:TBYC系列永磁三相同步电动机磁极为永磁体,与导磁体接近很容易吸到一起,所以在制造过程中,如磁极装配、转子平衡、整机装配及拆卸过程中都存在与导磁体相吸的问题,直接影响电机的制造质量。针对这些问题提出了选择隔磁材料做为辅助措施的装配工艺方法。

Abstract:The magnetic pole of TBYC series PM three-phase synchronous motor is a per- manent magnet, it is easy to attract with the magnetizer when they are close to each other. Therefore, the attraction problems exist in the manufacturing process such as magnetic pole as- sembly, rotor balancing, whole assembly and disassembly processes. They can affect manufac- turing quality of the motor. To solve these problems, this paper proposes an assembly technolo- gy of adopting magnetic insulation material as auxiliary measures.
