| Abstract: | The paper indicates the precautions in the primary period for cooked food processing construction programs,and points out the points for the address selection,the layout design for factories,the design of workshops,the storage design,and center for the quarantine inspection,so as to improve the processing quality of the cooked food and provide the guarantee for the food safety. |
