台山发电厂石灰石浆液制备系统的调整

台山发电厂1号和2号机组（600MW）的石灰石-石膏烟气脱硫系统中，石灰石浆液制备系统存在湿式球磨机出料端甩料、系统出力不足、浆液成品质量分数低等问题。结合浆液制备系统的工作流程，从石灰石与给水的配比、球摩机的钢球、旋流器喷嘴等方面分析了问题产生的原因，从而找到解决问题的办法．并提出日常维护和调整时应注意的问题。

Adjustment of limestone slurry preparing system in Taishan Power Plant

The limestone slurry preparing system in the limestone-gypsum flue gas desulfurization(FGD) system for Units 1 and 2 in Taishan Power Plant experienced such problems as excess overflow of wet ball mill,low system output,low slurry mass fraction.In combination with the workflow of the slurry preparing system,an analysis is made of the problems in terms of the proportioning of limestone and feedwater,balls in the ball mill,and nozzle of the cyclone separator,etc.Solutions to the problems are found,and points for attention in daily maintenance and adjustment presented.
