| 摘 要： | 静压预应力钢筋混凝土簿壁管桩具有无噪音、无震动、施工速度快、使用范围广、单桩承载力高等优点。目前在城市建设中被大量应用。但是这种桩在软土地基中施工存在一定的缺陷，须谨慎对待。本文对一个管桩工程事故实例进行分析，并提出防止类似事故发生的几点建议。

| Abstract: | PTC pipe piles are widely applied because of the advantages of no noise, no shake and easy construction and high bearing capacity. However, the piles still suffer some drawback in soft soil foundation construction. This paper, through analysis of an accident, provides some advice on how to prevent the occurance of such accident. |
