摘    要:传统的有杆抽油系统只适用于浅井和中深井 ,不适用于深井和大排量抽油井。采用可靠性更高的长冲程、低冲次ROTAFLEX胶带抽油机 ,配合使用钢结构连续抽油杆和杆式井下泵 ,可实现有杆抽油系统在深井、稠油井和斜井中的应用。钢结构连续抽油杆具有减缓杆管磨损 ,减小杆柱应力 ,降低减速器扭矩 ,减少停工时间和增加油井产量等诸多特点。与钢丝绳连续抽油杆相比 ,也有较大优势。中原和胜利油田的使用情况表明 ,应用钢结构连续抽油杆新技术、新工艺后 ,抽油系统更加稳定可靠 ,效率更高 ,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The traditional rod pumping system is suitable for use on shallow wells and medium-deep wells, but not for use on deep wells and high output volume wells . B y adopting ROTAFLEX long stroke pumping unit in combination with the steel conti nuous sucker rod and rod pump, the rod pumping system can be applied on deep wel ls, viscous crude wells and slant wells. The steel continuous sucker rod is char acterized by eliminating the wear of rod and tubing, decreasing the stress in ro d string, reducing the torque on the reducer and increasing well output. And it is superior to the wireline continuous sucker rod. The new pumping system was u sed in Zhongyuan Oilfield and Shengli Oilfield, and the results show that the sy stem ran more stable with higher efficiency, it may find wide application in the oilfields in China.
