摘    要:合成了不同催化剂用量的PTA IPA EG三元共聚酯 ,通过TGA及常规性能测试 ,对合成工艺、共聚酯性能及固相增粘等进行了研究。结果表明 :在一定范围内 ,增加催化剂用量 ,缩聚反应速度加快 ,聚合时间缩短 ,固相增粘速度稍有增加 ;但同时共聚酯L值下降 ,外观发灰 ,共聚酯耐热性下降

Abstract:The copolyesters with different catalyst consumption were synthesized by the copolycondensation reaction of PTA,IPA,EG.The synthetic technology,the properties of the copolyesters and solid state polycondensation were studied by means of TGA and routine analysis.The results showed,with the catalyst consumption increasing,polycondensation time is shortened,rate of solid state polycondensation is increased slightly,but L value and the thermal stability of the copolyesters is decreased.
