| 摘 要： | 本文试图采用全局观点，基于连续媒体活动模型，利用数学工具详细分析在保持端到端媒体服务质量前提下，建立高层的细粒度QoS控制技术－端系统动态资源管理来实现QoS控制，及其策略与算法，最后通过实验验证了管理策略的可行性。
