| 摘 要： | 介绍了平流层通信的概念及其在军事中应用的特点。提出了实现平流层通信的关键技术，分析了通信平台的高度选择、载体选择以及平台动力和能源的解决办法。最后提出了平流层通信在军事中的几个应用。
