浅色复合导电涂料的研制

摘    要:利用SnO2/Sb2O2/Vermiculite导电功能体与环氧树脂(EP)/聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(PGEE)体系复合制备导电涂料,所得到的复合导电涂料的电导率在10^7S/m左右.具有良好的抗静电性、物理性能、耐水、耐油及耐化学品腐蚀性能和好的稳定性,其主要技术指标均达到GB 6950—2001所要求的标准.可广泛用于贮油罐、地板等的防静电涂装。

Abstract:This article has described the technology and formulation of electric conductive coatings by use of SnO 2 /Sb 2 O 3 /Verminculite conductive compound and EP/PGGE system. The conductivity of the prepared compound conductive coatings is about 10 7 S/m, which also shows good antistatic and mechanical properties, water resistance, chemical resistance and good stability. The technical specification confirms to the specified standard GB 6950-2001. It can be widely used for antistatic finishing of oil sorage tanks and floor.
