稀土长余辉发光粉生产工艺的研究

摘    要:研究了原料纯度,恒温时间,还原剂加入量及降温方式对SrAl2O4:Eu,Dy长余辉发光粉的余辉亮度及持续时间的影响,选用Al2O3(99%)和分析纯的SrCO3作原料,采用活性炭还原、恒温3h,随炉自然降温的生产工艺,制得了发光亮度及余辉持续性能优良的长余辉发光粉产品,降低了成本,简化了生产工艺。

Abstract:Effect of factors like raw material purity, constant temperature|keeping time, addition of reductant and temperature|lowering way on the phosphorescent brightness and {lasting} time of the RE phosphor has been studied. When Al-2O-3 (99%) and analytically pure SrCO-3 are used as raw material, under the condition of taking activated carbon as reductant, keeping constant temperature for 3 hours and naturally lowering the temperature, high|qua| lity phosphor product can be produced. The cost is lowered and the process is simplified.
