摘    要:供应商选择是供应链管理中的一个重要环节.随着信息技术的发展和经济的全球化,对供应商的选择已突破了地域和距离的限制,因而,所要处理的信息变得更多,选择的难度也变得更大.根据供应商选择的特点,首先就供应商的工艺能力和生产能力对相关信息进行有效的过滤,然后,结合模糊数学理论提出了一个分层模糊综合评价模型,进而分析与探讨了供应商与外购零部件间不同组合的优化选择问题,提出了逐步简化的解决办法,最后给出了一个数值例子来例证该方法的实际应用.

Abstract:Vendor selection plays a very important role in supply chain management.With the globalization of economic market and the development of information technology,potential vendors may be dispersed geographically.In this environment,much more information needs to be collected and processed.And thus the selection of right vendors becomes more difficult.This paper proposed a method to filter out useless information according to vendor's production and process capabilities.A hierarchical fuzzy model for vendor evaluation was developed.And then a progressively simplifying approach was presented to deal with the order-combination optimization problem among vendors and sourced parts. Finally,an example was given to illustrate the practical application of this approach.
