| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the concept,characters,actuality and problems for the designated separate-parcel,the paper discusses some approaches to effectively manage the designated separate-parcel for construction general contractor enterprises combining with FIDIC contract clauses,so as to smoothly achieve the construction task from the items. |
