上海地区田间菜蚜对啶虫脒的抗性研究

摘    要:目的]了解上海菜区中菜蚜对啶虫脒的抗性程度,指导农户合理用药。方法]从使用过啶虫脒和氟虫啶胺腈的田块中采集菜蚜,以室内敏感品系作比较,室内浸渍法测定啶虫脒的杀虫活性。结果]啶虫脒对不同用药情况采集的菜蚜的LC90值分别为60.20、78.45、79.38、94.49、102.48 mg/L,对敏感品系的LC90值为10.48 mg/L。结论]田间菜蚜对啶虫脒已产生较严重抗性,抗性水平10倍左右。
