莠去津在北方玉米黑土中沉积与药效关系及对土壤细菌菌群影响

摘    要:目的]为了推荐合理最低有效使用剂量。方法]分析了土壤莠去津沉积量与田间药效关系及对黑土细菌菌群丰度影响。结果]莠去津施药有效剂量1710 g/hm^2,40 d土壤沉积量为0.209 mg/kg,杂草总体防效达80%。土壤施用莠去津有效剂量1710、2565 g/hm^2,对黑土中最优势菌群鞘氨醇单胞菌(Sphingomonas)无明显影响,随着土壤样品中有效成分的增加对噬细胞菌门(Cytophagia)、慢生根瘤菌属(Bradyrhizobium)等影响较大。结论]莠去津沉积量不同,对菌群的影响也有不同,因此推荐莠去津的最佳有效施用剂量为1710 g/hm^2。
