摘    要:目的]建立了苹果中双丙环虫酯及其代谢物残留量的UPLC-MS/MS测定方法。方法]采用乙腈提取,PSA和C18净化,高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪在多反应离子监测模式(MRM)下检测,外标-标准曲线法定量。结果]苹果中添加双丙环虫酯质量分数为0.04,0.008.0.0008mg/kg,添加双丙环虫酯代谢物质量分数为0.4,0.08.0.008mg/kg,平均回收率为88%~98%,相对标准偏差为7.5%~16.5%,定量限分别为0.0008,0.008mg/kg。结论]方法集准确定性定量于一体,灵敏度高,特异性好,前处理操作简单,适用于同时检测苹果中双丙环虫酯及其代谢物残留量。
