Investigation in Emissions Control of the Perfective Upgraded Version of Type CY6102BZQ Engine

Measures taken to control emissions of the modified and upgraded version derived from CY6102BZQ type dieselengine are presented both methodologically and theoretically. More specifically, these include the matching of fuel injectionpump, fuel injecto and piston bowl, the modification of static advance angle of fuel supply and the matching and modificationof supercharger, which have enabled the emissions from the improved engine to satisfy the EURO I standard in a relativelyshort period of time during the development as well as the experimental investigation, whereby to provide the theoretic basisand practical experience for future development of some engines else.
