摘    要:运用MSc—Marc软件对轴承套圈锻造加工进行了数值模拟分析,以金属成形理论和有限元方法基本原理为基础,建立了热力偶合刚粘塑性锻造模型。以第二代轮毂轴承外圈锻造为例进行模拟分析,对预成形模型的实验和模拟结果作了对比,提出产生过大锻造力的一个原因是最终成形阶段工件在模腔内分布不均使变形速率急剧增加,提出了预成形坯的设计优化准则,依此设计的第二代轮毂轴承外圈的优化预成形结构、锻造力比传统设计下降了一半以上。

Abstract:Using MSC-Marc software,the numerical simulation alaysis of forging process of bearing rings is presented.On the base of principles of metal forming theory and FEM,the rigid-viscoplastic model of forging with thermal mechanics couple is setup.Taking outer ring forging of the second-age hub bearing as an example,the simulation analysis is made.The comparing analysis on test and simulation results for pre-forming is made,the cause to produce extra forging force is sharp increase of deformation rate which is created by uneven material distribution in model cavity at final forming stage.And the optimizing criterion of pre-formed work-piece is put forward,based on which,an optimized pre-formed work-piece is designed with a punch force no more than half of the traditional design.
