| 摘 要： | 煤和生物油都是现代社会的重要能源,且均为复杂的混和体系。从分子水平上了解煤和生物油的结构和组成,并从中分离出各种精细化学品,是两者高效利用的新方向。阐述了柱层析技术的应用原理及特点,综述了柱层析技术在煤及生物油中有机成分分离与分析领域中的应用现状,最后展望了其发展方向。

| Abstract: | Coal and oil are complex mixture,and they are both important energy in the modern society.Understanding the structures and compositions of coal and oil in molecular level,and isolating fine chemicals from the two energy,is the new direction of the efficient utilization of them.The principle and characteristic of the application of column chromatography were expounded and the current application situations of column chromatography in separation and analysis of organic compounds in coal and bio-oil was summarized.Finally,the developing direction of column chromatography was commented. |
