元素掺杂对堇青石晶体结构及热膨胀系数的作用

摘    要:堇青石陶瓷在抵抗热震和热膨胀方面具有独特的优点,特别适合用于象汽车尾气净化载体和集成电路基板等对热膨胀要求极为严格的场合,为了进一步降低堇青石陶瓷的热膨胀系数和改善晶体热膨胀的各向异性效应,目前大多采用掺杂元素的方法,如Ga、Ge、Fe和Ca,本文阐述了堇青石晶体的热膨胀机理,按照元素的性质详细叙述了各类元素的掺杂对堇青石的晶格常数格沿α堇青石两个晶轴a、c方向热膨胀系数的影响。

Abstract:Cordierite is characterized by excellent thermal shock and linear thermal expansion properties.It is specially suited for the strict cases, such as the carrier for the purification of vehicle exhaust emission and LSC's substrate.Up to now,cordierite has been doped with other elements to decrease the linear thermal expansion coefficient and anisotropy thermal expansion of cordierite. In present paper, the thermal expansion mechanism of cordierite is discussed. According to the properties of the elements, the effects of doping on the lattice constants and the thermal expansion coefficients along crystal axis a and c are then described in detail.
