| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了炼钢厂钢包复合反射涂层的研制及应用情况,通过钢包复合反射涂层的应用,解决了钢水散热损失,保证了连铸生产顺利进行。对于降低出钢温度及减少精炼提温补偿取得了令人满意的效果。

| Abstract: | Development and application of the compound heat reflecting and insulating layer used for steel ladles are introduced. By using the compound heat reflecting and insulating layer on the steel ladle, the problem of heat lost from radiation has been solved, making sure of a smooth conditioned casting production, and resulting in a satisfied effect in reducing tapping temperature and temperature compensation in the refining process. |
