生产工艺参数对无取向电工钢磁性的影响

摘    要:宝钢无取向电工钢生产结果表明:冶炼时钢中添加适量Al可降低无取向电工钢的铁损,钢中MnO等夹杂物可造成其磁性明显劣化;随着热轧终轧温度的提高。钢的磁感均明显上升,热轧带钢精轧后慢速冷却时,则晶粒生长充分。改善钢的磁性;冷轧工序中,随着板厚增加,铁损与磁感均提高,酸洗速度的波动会引起带钢磁性的波动。

Abstract:The production results of non|orientation electric sheet steel at Baoshan Iron and Steel showed that the iron loss of non|orientation silicon steel reduced with adding proper amount aluminium in steel during melting, and the magnetic properties of steel were worsened as MnO inclusion existed in steel; with final deformation temperature (FDT) increasing in hot rolling the magnetic flux density of steel increased and with the cooling velocity of finished rolled hot rolled steel strip decreasing the magnetic properties improved by grain sufficiently growing; and during cold rolling procedure, the iron loss and magnetic flux density of steel increased with increasing the thick of plate and the fluctuation of acid pickling velocity led to the change of magnetic properties of steel plate.
