| 摘 要： | 南方电网各控制区域开始实施新的控制性能标准（CPS），文章简要介绍了CPS考核标准，分析了CPS考核标准下的广东电网的控制策略，介绍了CPS参数对罚电量的影响，以及广东电网CPS调控难点，最后就进一步提高广东电网考核指标提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | A new control performance standard (CPS) is applied in China Southern Power Grid. The characteristic of CPS evaluation standard is given. The control strategy in Guangdong Power Grid under CPS is analyzed, together with the influence of CPS result to the power punishment, and the difficulties in dispatching and control of Guangdong Power Grid under CPS. Some suggestions to improve CPS evaluation in Guangdong Power Grid is proposed. |
