U型管式换热器的设计与校核

摘    要:经过工艺结构尺寸的计算、热流量的核算、壁温的核算、计算换热器的内流体的流动阻力、零件的计算及换热器的检验和验收几大步完成了换热器的设计。该设计换热器具有一般换热器都有的效率且只有一个管板,换热管为U型,管子两端固定在同一管板上,管束可以自由伸缩,当壳体与U型换热器有温差时,不会产生温差应力;其次该设计采用计算机编程进行辅助计算,优化了换热器的结构尺寸。

Abstract:The design of the heat exchange was finished by the calculation of craft's physical dimension,inspection and confirmation of the heat exchanger,check and calculation of the heat flux,wall temperature,exchange flow obstruction of fluid and part.The exchanger has the common effciency of any others,and has a single tube sheet and U shape heat exchanger tube,and the sides of the tube fixed on the same pate.Because of free magnification,there is not different temperature exits between the body case and the U shape heat exchanger tube.The paper introduce computer program to make aulixiary calculation,It optimized the structure size of the heat exchanger.
