| 摘 要： | 建立了型材挤压成形过程的分析模型和理论方法，以角铝型材挤压为例进行了变形分析，获得了相对应力及其影响因素等重要参数，可用于指导型材挤压工艺实践。

| Abstract: | An analytical modal and theoretic method of profile extrusion forming processes are proposed.The deformation analysis of angle aluminum profile extrusion is considered and the important parameters of relative stress and various effected factors are obtained.The results are applied to directing technological practice of profile extrusion. |
