摘    要:对某电厂135MW一次中间再热凝汽式汽轮机末级叶片断裂原因进行了分析。通过对叶片断裂前后的主要数据、叶片强度、叶片断口的材料组分、宏观断口、金相组织等方面的分析、观测和研究,结论是由于在该叶片进汽侧高度约为508mm处粘附有外来金属块,在运行过程中该处产生了应力集中,进而成为疲劳裂纹源,最终导致了叶片断裂。图12表3参7

Abstract:Causes of a last stage blade's fracture of a certain power plant's 135 MW single reheat condensing steam turbine is being analyzed.By analyzing,scrutinizing and studying the main op-erational parameter data,the blade's strength,the material's composition,macroscopic apperance and metallographic structure of the blade's fracture surface,etc.after the occurence of the fracture,as well as the state existing before fracture,it was concluded that a foreign metallic body sticking on the blade's leading edge at about the height of 508 mm had caused stress concentration,and thus became the origin of fatigue cracks which eventually led to the blade's fracture.Figs 12,tables 3 and refs 7.
