| 摘 要： | 考察了大豆皂甙的有机溶剂提取方法 ,建立了吸附层析提取大豆皂甙的方法。通过高效液相色谱 ,紫外光谱及薄层层析分析 ,对两种方法所提取的大豆皂甙进行了比较。

Comparison between two extraction methods of soybean saponin |

| Abstract: | Investigating extraction method with organic reagent, we use adsorb chromatography by resin column to extract soybean saponin. Analyzed by HPLC, UV, and TLC, comparison between two extraction methods of soybean saponin is reported in this paper. |
