钻柱动力学有限元分析及室内轴向试验结果对比

摘    要:在石油钻井过程中,钻柱的受力运动过程相当复杂,而且还与井壁发生随机接触碰撞,使得人们对钻柱运动状态准确地理论上描述变得十分困难。运用结构动力学有限元和间隙元的方法研究了井底钻柱的运动状态,并将钻柱轴向运动计算和室内轴向振动的测量结果进行了分析。由于目前技术条件的限制在国内能做室内尺寸钻柱的轴向振动试验。

Abstract:The drillstring motion subjected to various forces is quite complex and the drillstring constantly collides with the hole wall at random, which make it very difficult for us to accurately describe the motion of drillstring. In this paper the downhole motion of drillstring is studied with finite-element and gap-element methods of structural dynamic theory. Also comparison is made between theoretical calculations of the drillstring axial motion and the actual measurements of indoor axial vibration experiment of drillstring. Because of limitations of the experimental technology, only the axial vibration experiment of full - size drillstring can be done indoors by now, so the above -mentioned experiment is so far the most advanced within this country.
