基于集成环境的图形自动编程系统研究

摘    要:介绍了一种基于集成环境的图形自动编程系统的原理及实现方法.该系统能使用户利用特征库,采用参数化的设计方法完成零件的三维造型,并半创成地生成加工工艺,自动产生刀位数据,随后通过通用后置处理模块产生数控加工代码.系统可以利用仿真模块对代码的正确性与可行性进行检查,并可以通过通讯接口将数控代码发送到CNC中.

Abstract:A graphic automatic NC Programming system based on integrated environment is introduced. In this system , a three_dimension model is constructed by using design_method of feature and parameter. Process plans are produced in a semi_generative approach and CL data (Cutting Location Data) file is produced automatically. The CL data file is turned into the NC_programs in module of common post processer. Moreover, the correctness and feasibility of NC_progame is inspected by simulation module and the system can also deliver NC_program into memories of CNC by using communication interface. Details of the principle and implemention were presented in this peper.
