柴油蓄热催化裂解制气技术的试验

摘    要:针对重油制气存在问题,提出用柴油作为蓄热催化裂解的制气原料。生产表明柴油制气技术完全可行,而且产气率和产气量较重油制气大幅度提高,生产成本下降,污染得以缓解。

Abstract:Aiming at the existing problems of gas making with heavy oil, this paper suggests to use diesel oil as feedstock of cyclic catalysis cracking gas making. The production indicates the technology of gas making with diesel oil is practicable. Compared with gas making with heavy oil, this technology has such advantages, the production quality and quantity are raised in a great deal, the production cost is cut down and the pollution is reduced.
