| Abstract: | Aiming at two categories of city and countryside, this paper investigates Chinese urbanization process and the peculiarity of urban-rural land-use. It also discusses about the different processes of urbanization and industrialization domestically and globally, and the trend of intensive utilization agricultural land as well as the rapid expansion of urban industrial and residential lands. |
