| Abstract: | After expounding the serious consequences caused by Chinese urbainizing the rural area after the reform and open-up to the outside World, the paper analyses two diffcult problems which hinder the small towns to develop further, and makes the conclusion that the Chinese urbanization must be in the intensive and connotative way instead of in the idea of urbanizing the rural area. |
